Blue Opal Body Works

The opal is my birthstone and I was drawn to the healing properties of the blue opal in particular. Massage has helped to change my life through awareness of my own body patterns and self care. I love to take continuing ed classes in my field and love my job. Monica was born and raised in CO from a family of 6 kids. Tore my ACL ligament at age 16 skiing and had to do lots of physical therapy which sparked a passion for wanting to become a physical therapist myself. Worked at a medical plant where we made custom perfusion packs that acted as your heart and lungs during open heart surgery while going to school to become a physical therapist. Specializing in neuromuscular massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cranial-sacral, acupressure, massage cupping, pregnancy, relaxation and treatment of TMJ dysfunction in the jaws.
