blue & red ApS is a consulting company within supply chain and operations management. Our passion is to help businesses make significant, sustainable improvements in their flow through improved planning and control. And we do this by combining a practical approach with scientific thinking to deliver insights and design solutions which create value in everyday operations. It is our belief that every organisation of a certain size have unique circumstances which must be taken into account. Therefore we seek to understand the problem in its full context before suggesting a solution, even if the solution will often be a configured standard solution. In our view there is no one-size-fits-all, and the right tool must be chosen for the specific problem. Our toolbox has a broad range, from process mapping tools over data analysis and efficient use of IT systems to more advanced mathematical modelling. Our name is inspired by a model in which blue represents thinking and analysis, while red symbolises drive and execution.
