In the year Blue Ridge InternetWorks was born to deliver high-value network services to businesses and enterprises. Today we on focus three basic areas. High Speed Internet Access = Access Works Internet Hosting = Hosting Works Networking Technology = IT Works BRI has a staff of more than twenty engineers. This team plans, designs, implements and maintains high-speed data networks for more than 1500 customers. Our main facility is a 1,100 square data center located in Charlottesville, VA. This serves as the network operations center, managed hosting facility and corporate headquarters. We also maintain partner data centers in Dallas, TX and Ashburn, VA. The Charlottesville location is connected to four Internet backbone providers via fiber optic transport. It is staffed twelve hours per day and monitored all other times by on-call engineers. For thirteen straight years BRI’s network services have exceeded 99.99% uptime. BRI holds certifications in CCIE Routing and Switching, CCIE Security, CCDP, CCNP and MCSE and many others.
