Blue Ridge Properties has been in the Real Estate business serving northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia since 1970, and the company has developed from a primarily residential home resale business to a full-service Real Estate brokerage. We are equipped to handle the purchase and/or sale of residential homes, vacant lots and land, commercial real estate, development and investment properties, and farms, as well as residential rentals and property management and commercial leasing and property management.
