These Projects range from Capital Investment Values between and R50 million. Blue Sail integrates Engineering and Construction on an EPC basis to eliminate cost and schedule overruns as well as integration challenges between consultants and construction contractors. Hands-on Project Management, Risk Management and regular transparent reporting (simplified progress dashboards from our integrated systems) keep our clients in the loop on real-time progress on their projects.
