Blue Spear Solutions, LLC is a privately owned business focused on providing customers with state of the art training and awareness related to preventative strategies and response for Active Shooter / Mass Casualty Incidents. We are dedicated to training both private and public sector stakeholders in tactics, techniques, and protocols that will increase victim survival rates under these violent occurrences. Blue Spear has developed the Community Active Shooter Survivability Improvement Strategy and Training (Co. A.S.S.I.S.T.®) program, the nations first all encompassing Active Shooter training module. Blue Spear Solutions, LLC recognizes the inherent complications and stress induced upon private and public stakeholders in developing safety measures and procedures to better protect their most valuable assets – their people. Our focal point is to provide stakeholders with sound educational tools, techniques, tactics, and equipment that will reduce unnecessary casualty rates inflicted by violent Active Shooter / Mass killing incidents.
