We built Blueberry Creative firmly around the concept of inspiration. To us, it is the largest motivating factor in doing what we do. It’s fleeting and hard to nail down, but when you can grasp true inspiration, you enable yourself to build something that transcends your day-to-day. It’s the reason to be an artist of any sort. No one sets out to create something new without first being inspired to do so. It is the catalyst for the exceptional and it is the engine that drives our core. We think it’s more important for you to know WHY we’re called to produce the work that we do. Of course, we’re passionate about cameras and story-telling and art and technology. We feel like that’s a given. It’s seeking inspiration to pair with that passion that motivates us to continually push our own limits creatively. Weddings allow us the perfect setting to explore that inspiration. We approach weddings like we approach a film set. Not in the sense that we have a ton of crew or giant grip trucks full of lights at your event (it’s rather the opposite, actually), but in that we’re supplied with everything we would need to tell a great story. The wedding venues are better than most sets we could dream up. There’s already hair, make-up, and wardrobe. And the whole day is charged with emotion. We’ve heard more touching speeches and emotional vows than you can shake a stick at! All of these amazing pieces to work with and they’re laid out for you. Our job is to tell the unique story happening that day. We get inspired by the things you give us to work with. That is what drives us to create our art.
