BlueBox Events began in 2015 at TU Delft as a full-service conference and programme partner for scientific communities. Since then, we’ve supported national and international conferences, courses and masterclasses—on campus, across the Netherlands, and worldwide—rooted in transport and civil engineering and now ready to expand across disciplines and universities. Together, we handle the full operational delivery: branding and communications, websites and registration, secure online payments and invoicing, budgeting and reporting, venue sourcing, supplier and contract negotiations, social programme logistics, proceedings support, and final financial reconciliation—so organisers can focus on content and community.
