We specialize in human-centered onboarding and support, guiding each person through the world of AI tools with kindness, clarity, and care. Whether someone wants help writing emails, managing appointments, translating or reading a message, even just getting reminders what bin to take out this week, we make sure their AI assistant is ready to help. Founded as a UK-based Community Interest Company (CIC), we believe in technology that supports people, not the other way around. Our mission is simple: build trust, spark curiosity, and give people the tools to thrive in a digital world that too often leaves them behind. Who we help: Older adults (60+) who want AI to feel less intimidating and more useful. before they are necessary. Adults in their 40s–50s who may be neurodivergent or tech-wary, seeking private support to stay ahead. Multilingual and accessibility-focused users navigating multiple needs Including coordinating careers. What we offer: One-on-one AI setup sessions (in person or remote) Personalized onboarding plans Multilingual support (English, Spanish, French, Polish with more added as needed) Patient, respectful follow-up and coaching including Free and subsidized training through ethical funding and referrals; anyone who brings us three new clients who complete a free stage 1 setup, gets up to 60 minutes of extra help at no cost. Why we started: BlueCap AI is in memory of our founders father, who struggled with brain damage after a surgery. By the time he realized what was happening it was already too late.
