BlueHills Holdings is a diversified holding company whose purpose is to facilitate the acquisition of shares in entities created by the owners and to provide capital and a platform to grow a conglomerate structure. The owners have created both operating and non-operating (asset holding) companies. The operating companies have been established in various strategic growth industries and include Business Advisory Services Capital Projects and Engineering Services. As such BHH exists as an investment vehicle and a risk management tool through the creation of structural, intellectual, and social leverage opportunities, putting assets in silos and obtaining tax savings.
