A social enterprise with the well-being of the next generation of the North East at its heart. Our mission is to support a million young people by giving them the tools to improve their own physical and mental well-being, giving them a solid foundation for a better life. We do this workshops and courses delivered through schools and nurseries, including my signature programme ‘Becoming The Best Me’ - a combination of science, yoga, mindfulness providing a toolbox of helpful techniques that really work to control emotions and reactions.
