Blueprint Industrial Engineering PLC is a UK headquartered company and is the parent in a group of engineering businesses. The company seeks to acquire financially strong, quality businesses within well-established market places using a pre-defined target identification strategy. Our focus is on the Nordic region – an area that has a tradition of high quality engineering- and manufacturing companies with a global market presence. These markets are also well regarded in terms of corporate governance and transparency. This region is one of the most modern, and successful economic areas in the world from where many globally recognized businesses originate. There are also a vast number of successful small and medium sized businesses with international potential in this very prosperous region of Europe. Blueprint completed two acquisitions in Sweden in 2014 and will continue to build the group of wholly owned companies. With another two acquisitions completed in 2015 the group showed a rapid growth the first 12 months In 2016 the group consolidated the holdings by merging two of the companies and de-investing another two of the companies.
