Our Founder: Back in 2005, Greg Sloan founded BlueRidge Logistics in Lynchburg, VA. In Greg’s career, he has owned and managed a wide variety of businesses, including a Payroll Service business, a retail store, coffee cafes, Exxon gas station, warehouses & services, auto repair shop, car wash, and home delivery services. With that experience, it’s no wonder that Greg understands the importance of effective communication, efficient planning and execution of logistics. In our more than 20 years of experience, we have been able to help a wide-variety of businesses, spanning different industries and niches. That has ranged from small local businesses, regional businesses to national Wall Street businesses. Greg is proud to be able to help, not just businesses, but people as well. He has been able to dedicate years of volunteer experience with Refuge for Hope, Warm Streets and Samaritan's Purse. As BlueRidge Logistics continues operating, we will be able to continue helping people in need. Our Mission: A big reason why this company was founded in the first place was due to sub-quality performance from 3PL providers of inventory management, last mile delivery, and customer relations. Greg, not being in the 3PL industry at the time, was approached from a contact through one of his other businesses and asked to consider taking over a 3PL account. Having exemplary service proven in his other business, Greg carried that over to found BlueRidge Logistics. BRL has grown to multiple states and accounts, partnering for mutual success. The biggest difference that we seek out? Intentional communication and providing expert customer care. That has been a focal point for every business that Greg has been a part of.
