Bluerock Developments is a reputable real estate development company based in Whitby, Ontario, lead by a management team with a proven track record of success. As the owners of the properties we develop, we have a vested interest in creating long-term value for our investors and tenants. Our focus is on acquiring and developing necessity-based commercial centers in high-traffic locations outside of Toronto, where we believe emerging markets offer exceptional growth potential. Our experienced development team is led by Mark Eplett, an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in real estate and development. Before founding Bluerock, Mark was an associate with Otis Properties Limited, a prominent developer based in Toronto, where he honed his skills and industry knowledge and was responsible for site acquisition, and over seeing development activities. During his time with Otis Properties, Mark managed numerous successful projects across Ontario, earning the praise of tenants, and industry professionals alike for his expertise, market knowledge, and keen eye for prime development properties that attract tenants. Together with Mark, Bluerock’s management team is led by our President & CEO, Brett Eplett. Brett is responsible for all other services, and activities that support Bluerock's core operations. Which include; financial management, analysis and reporting, contract management, marketing, and the overall strategic direction of the company. In addition, we collaborate with a hand-picked group of consultants and professionals on a service-needed basis to ensure the delivery of exceptional results for every project.
