Blueseeds

Biodiversity decline and climate change are exacerbated by inadequate, and poorly allocated, funding for conservation: numerous actors seeking to make a positive impact at local level remain under- or entirely unfunded. BlueSeeds is a multidisciplinary team working to give conservation project actors greater financial and managerial autonomy. Enabling these actors to carry out their work effectively and sustainably – whether they play a central role in protecting our natural heritage such as MPA managers, or are stakeholders, such as small-scale fishers or coastal communities – is what drives BlueSeeds to develop solutions; solutions that will help them channel more funding to their project.
