Bluesteam Wellpad Solutions

BlueSteam offers both standardized and customized economic wellpad systems for SAGD and CSS operators. Our low cost SAGD solution can deliver up to 500 tonnes/day to each injector, and produce up to 900 tonnes/day emulsion from each pumped producer in a 12 pair pad. BlueSteam’s patented wellpad solution takes piperack header thermal growth into the flexible spools connecting the wellheads, allowing lighter and simpler modules, with no expansion loops along the main piperack. BlueSteam is capable of complete execution from engineering through fabrication, construction and commissioning. We offer a variety of execution models; working with our clients to find the best and most cost-effective ways to implement their projects. Our hands-on ownership team includes over 100 years of aggregate engineering, construction, commissioning and operations experience from some of Alberta’s largest thermal oil projects.
