Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, BMAT Consulting offers a variety of services to restoration companies and general contractors for residential and commercial properties. We provide independent estimating for mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling jobs. We use our construction, estimating, and insurance knowledge to generate higher profit margins for our customers, utilizing Xactimate and Symbility estimating platforms. We are experienced adjusters/estimators for both large and small losses. We average 15% higher profit margins for our customers through our experience with these estimating platforms and our attention to detail. We also understand construction and what is required to be done versus what is typically written for by insurance adjusters. We currently service NC and SC, but have estimators who are willing to travel should you have a need in other states. No matter where you have a need BMAT’s network of skilled, highly trained estimators, will be there.
