The company was founded by Dr. Tony Cheng with headquarters in Hong Kong and branch offices in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and alliance partnerships around the world. BMIA provides a wide spectrum of professional valuation and consultancy services relating to initial public offerings (IPO), public documentations, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, taxation, liquidation and litigation. The integrated team of BMIA has solid experience in valuation of real estate, plant & machinery, business interests and intangible assets. The company has grown considerately since its inception. In 2010, BMI Appraisals has expanded its valuation work in Hong Kong into biological assets, environmental services and energy sector namely with the Mining as well as the Oil and Gas sector. Professional Recognition BMI Appraisals has been awarded as Caring Company 2007-11 by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of its efforts in performing corporate social responsibilities and continuous supports to the community and environment. Social Responsibility BMI Appraisals is dedicated to the development of promoting a caring community.
