Board Advisory is a team of independent consultants focused on addressing the many aspects of boards’ responsibilities for executive compensation, talent acquisition, performance, retention and succession. We formed the firm with a singular purpose: to work with boards to create executive compensation, performance and succession strategies that produce optimal, tangible business results. Members of Board Advisory think differently than our peers at typical compensation consulting firms.
