With Board Selection & Executive Coaching, I accompany the governing bodies (Board of Directors, Foundation Committee, Corporate Management or other decision-making bodies) in important decision-making based on the principles of diversity, governance and sustainability. The synergy between board members and senior management as well as the diversity and complementarity of skills can add more value to organizations. The sharing of values such as ethics, integrity, respect, courage and spirit of service are for me the guarantors of sustainability.
