Board Talent

Board Talent is on a mission to ensure that Danish board rooms are future fit and representative for the society we live in, because we believe that a diverse board enhances the quality of decision-making in companies and organisations. We exist to help younger talented individuals (<40 years) build the knowledge, skills, and network required to become responsible and competent board members. We provide a platform for ambitious individuals to access valuable insights into boardroom dynamics, partnering with industry leaders, to deliver education on board responsibilities and foster networks across generations. Our organization is strengthened by two key partnerships with EY and Heidrick & Struggles.
