Simplicity and professionalism in a complex search world. BoardSearch is a specialist, high-level, Executive Search firm that also recommends and undertakes Board Surveys. Professional is the one word that describes our people. Our Principal, Mark Weedon, has over 36 years as a Partner at firms such as Egon Zehnder International, preceded by 5 years at McKinsey & Co. He holds a Harvard MBA with Distinction and a Cambridge Hons Law Degree. Our Research/Admin Manager, Anna Harris, is a qualified (but non-practising) Employment Solicitor. She also has an MA degree in English from St Andrews University. But Search and Board Surveys also require experience, hard work, dedication to the client and to candidates, and a high level of Confidentiality – this latter element being much harder to keep in larger search firms. BoardSearch specialises more by level – Chairman, NED’s, Partners – than by sector. That said, Upstream Natural Resources (Oil, Gas, Mining) are sectors of particular recent experience.
