The firm’s greatest resources are its knowledge base and professional staff. In addition to our three partners, we have seven professionals whose experience ranges from 4 to 50 years. Each professional adds an expertise in specific areas of audit, tax and management consulting. Audit and accounting, tax services, business valuations and management advisory services constitute most of our business. We are frequently involved with estate planning and wealth transfer matters. Included in our planning are valuation services for fractional and minority interests, in accordance with the American Institute for Certified Public Accountant’s Statement on Standards for Valuation Service No. We stress partner availability and responsiveness to our clients' needs and work hard to anticipate those needs, rather than simply react to them.
