Welcome to BOCO TECH BOCO TECH AG was founded on September 21, 2009 with Dr-Ing. Manfred Plischke (Managing Director), Christoph Schmitz and Dr-Ing. Thomas Wurster as main actors, supported by members of all families. The foundation of our company was and still is the partially exclusive access to a significant number of proprietary developments of C4S (Concepts for Success) combined with the specific know-how of the founders with over 80 years of cumulative experience in the hygiene industry. The range of services offered by BOCO TECH covers a broad spectrum of customized options, including licensing, product and production upgrade audits or workshops, and support in product launch processes. Vision Enable a life in dignity for all people, especially for those who experience involuntary loss of urine and / or faeces by providing “absorbent underwear” offering utmost discretion to the wearer. Mission Developing and marketing of technologies for baby diapers and adult incontinence products for the 21st century in cooperation with industrial partners and licensees. The products are based on the BOCO FIT™ design principles and hence fulfill highest requests regarding privacy and discretion as well as health, comfort, and eco friendliness. BCO TECH has - in a Joint development with Concepts for Success and Herrmann Ultraschall developed a concept of producing glue- and Cellulose free diapers.
