Bodaiju Residences

Bodaiju Residences is a condominium development located next to Lion Mall in front of Phnom Penh International Airport. The most appealing aspect of the development is its exceptional location midway between downtown Phnom Penh and the Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). This development will aim to create comfortable habitability as well as provide a highly convenient location for Cambodian and foreign investors and residents. The plan calls for a selling price in a competitive price range. The name Bodaiju, Japanese word for Buddha Tree, is derived from the local rich history among Cambodian people in the area called “Pochentong” where Buddha Tree represents the calm, peace, serenity and heaven shelter. The main concept behind Bodaiju Residences is living in the garden with open space and full of facilities and amenities. The master plan will make use of the abundant vegetation growing throughout the area. I.
