Bodega Cascajal

Cascajal Winery, produces Pisco, Wine and its derivatives. We produce Pisco Cascajal, a boutique distillate elaborated semi - artisanly, we count with the varieties of Uvina Quebranta, Italy and Acholado. The Uvina is a unique variety that is only authorized to be produced in the Cañete valley, favored by the microclimates of Zúñiga, Pacarán and Lunahuaná. We also produce Don Cleo Burgundy Wine, of fine flavor and high quality.
