A new winery with history and experiences that combines tradition with new technologies to make Rosé and Red with REAL Character! Come and wander with us 400m through the traditional underground winery! A modern winery is built on top of the old underground warehouse, where it joins the tradition with new technologies to ensure the quality, the objective of this family project. The old cellar is kept intact. For this, significant engineering efforts have been made in building the new warehouse. Since 250 years "Clarete" has been produced, the construction of the winery dates back until 1750 when they manually excavated of the galleries which still remain. Today, tribute is been paid to the ancestors who were able to unite and convey the best of the wine culture of Castilla and Bordeaux! Under the direction of winemaker, Patricia Práganos, the rosé and red wines are made with care with a tight control from vineyard to fermentation until what you will hold in your glass. The personality of the rosé wines are to be noted and will be remembered as one of a kind.
