Our 950 square foot group exercise studio is nestled away in Cream Ridge, New Jersey. We offer a variety of classes from cardio to strength training as well as mind-body classes. You will be able to challenge your body as well as your mind and soul! Our intimate environment encourages you to achieve your own personal best! Our specialty is personalized group training - welcoming students from the novice level to the advanced. This allows us to come as close to personal training as possible in a group setting. We are open only for instructor-led workouts, thereby ensuring optimization of your time while you achieve amazing results. Our certified instructors will supervise proper form and alignment, guiding you safely through every routine. They will motivate, encourage and cheer you on to a healthier you!
