Bodmando Consulting Group is a feminist international consulting firm registered in Uganda and Kenya. As a women-led social enterprise, Bodmando operates at the gender and climate nexus, driven by the vision of a world free from intergenerational poverty, gender inequality, and social injustice. Our work is anchored in intersectional analysis, systems thinking, and human-centred design, ensuring that every solution we craft is both inclusive and transformative. With a multidisciplinary core team spanning Africa, South Asia, and the MENA region, we deliver high-impact research, evaluation, capacity strengthening and strategic advisory services that blend contextual understanding with global best practices. We further leverage a global consultancy network of over technical experts, allowing rapid mobilization of specialized skills for complex, multi-country assignments. Through thought leadership, north–south collaboration, and co-creation, Bodmando continues unlocking value and generating evidence-based, scalable solutions that advance equity, sustainability, and impact. To date, we have successfully implemented more than 65 projects across 28 countries, empowering governments, donors, civil society organizations, and communities to design, implement, and learn from transformative interventions.
