Body Connection Pilates
Our studio provides individual tailored classes. You can choose from Private classes, Splits (2 – 1 ratio) or Group classes (3 -1 ). Our Mat classes are capped at 6 per class. Each class is different & unique so that we can work different areas of your body & find and 'wake up' all those weak points in your system. This will greatly increase your strength, flexibility and stamina. The range of equipment we have and the experience of our instructors enables us to do this with all of our clients regardless of age, shape or condition.
