Body Dynamix Physical Therapy

Body Dynamix Physical Therapy specializes in the needs of dancers and stage performers. An individualized plan of care is developed that is both age- and skill-appropriate, ranging from beginners to professionals. We will work with you to minimize lost rehearsal and training time, while making sure that you are both able and ready to return to performing safely. We treat only 1 person per 50-minute appointment, so you will never be "double booked" with another client. On average, a patient will be seen in our clinic 1 visit per week for 5-8 visits. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but this depends on your condition and personal history, not your insurance plan. In addition to treating your acute symptoms, your therapist will instruct you in proper body mechanics that will help you to perform at your highest level and to maintain your overall wellness, even when your formal therapy is finished.
