At Body Precision Pilates we provide a corporate service for companies who wish to run classes from their place of work. As our cultural understanding of the correlation between wellness and performance increases, the introduction of corporate wellness programs are transitioning from a luxury offered by a few organisations to a more strategic necessity recognized by a growing number of companies on a global scale. With our workday involving longer working hours, greater stress and more sitting we are now seeing a greater need to provide types of exercise such as Pilates to combat these issues. Pilates is known to build core strength, improve posture through an emphasis on corrective movement helping us to recognize bad postural habits, increase flexibility and also build body awareness. It’s a well-known fact that exercise can reduce stress. It’s a safe and effective form of exercise. Classes can be programmed for your workplace needs. We provide morning,lunchtime or evening classes.
