Product Summary This product was started because of all the exercises that could be performed in this one product. As the product evolved and it was used more there started to be an idea that there are so many exercises, levels and uses for the concept it could help you perform any workout you wanted to do. The BodyBoss was created because there was a problem for everyday people to go to the gym but also by adding resistance to any movement you do there is an extreme amount of health benefits.
