BodyFit training Solutions is an innovative and diverse fitness company based in South London. Our sessions and training methods are loads of fun, different, results proven and individual. All instructors bring a different quality to each area giving you a highly individual and personalised experience even when you work in a group. We offer outdoor Bootcamps in Dulwich & Beckenham that are diverse, challenging and fun. We have kettlebell sessions which are great for building core strength and for all over body conditioning. We also teach boxing sessions and hold women only bootcamps in Dulwich Park. Our sessions have been running for over a year now and have built a great following. Our sessions are successful because we have equipment and diversity. You will never do the same session twice unless you are doing a fitness test! We use our specialist training knowledge to push you out of your comfort zones and to show you how good you can be with our diverse range of products & expertise. With insructors trained in kettlebells, olympic lifting, boxing, bootcamp and personal training you can guaruntee you are not only getting a workout but an education! We have locations at HSBC Sports Club Beckenham, Cator park Sports Facility Beckenham, Dulwich Park & Dulwich College Sports Club and Optimal Life Fitness training centre in Hither Green.
