Mariekah trained as a ballet dancer from the age of three. She was accepted for the Royal Ballet Summer School; and then Ilkley Ballet Seminar. She was also successfully accepted at Northern Ballet School, for a three year ‘Dancers Diploma’. Studies included anatomy, music, drama, dance history, classical ballet, contemporary dance, modern jazz and national dance. Mariekah is an accomplished people motivator, a fun and energetic person who generates enthusiasm in others; by radiating optimism and creating a positive attitude about fitness and health in all her classes.
