Scientists have discovered that eighty percent of our communication is nonverbal. Which means, that only 20 percent of what we actually communicate to others, can be received through spoken language. Our body does not lie. We constantly reveal our feelings and thoughts through our facial and physical expressions or our posture. Therefore it’s clearly an advantage to be able to read bodylanguage. Bodylanguage is much more than just decoding individual signals. The goal is to understand the other person in it’s full complexity.
