Bodymind Somanautics

Founded in 2010, BodyMind Somanautics is an advanced training program geared towards the helping professional seeking an in-depth understanding of somatic-based approaches to group process, conflict resolution, trauma and shock. BMS fosters mindfulness, awareness, change in frustrating behaviors, and the ability to meet the complexity of life and the lives of one’s clients. With a focus in mindbody learning, participants integrate neuroscience and conscious movement through hands-on teaching, practice, and personal experience.
