Bodysmith Training Gym

The workouts at BodySmith are always fresh and challenging, and the training environment is second to none. The first thing you should notice when you walk into a Bodysmith Training Gym is the lack of fixed-plane machines. We feel they have no place in a personal training session. Our knowledgeable fitness professionals always begin with the basics to build strength and stamina, and progress clients through workouts that continually build on the movements mastered in previous training sessions. There's never any waiting for gym members who clutter the space in which you're trying to work out. Only trainers and clients are allowed in our weight training studio, but clients are welcome to unlimited use of our top of the line cardio equipment during regular gym hours at no additional charge. Our personal training services are available in and out of our studios and include one-on-one, partner (2 clients, one trainer), and small group (3-5 clients, one trainer) sessions. On your days off from personal training, our clients are encouraged to use our cardio equipment. no appointment necessary! We challenge you to experience equipment that you will not find at your typical run-of-the-mill health club. Our top-of-the-line equipment is most often found in the gyms of Professional and College Sports Organizations.
