Our journey together didn't happen by accident; it felt like destiny. Jes, a storytelling sage with over 20 years of communications, branding, and project management experience, has a knack for getting to the heart of any challenge. Mitch, a performance-based alchemist with two decades of marketing, sales, and operation experience under his belt, knows how to turn those challenges into actionable plans. We first crossed paths while serving our Nation's Veterans, Mitch was brought in to replace Jes, but instead, we found that our skills meshed perfectly. We became an unstoppable team, making a real difference in the lives of Veterans—helping over find medical consulting and rating increases for disability services. We took the leap to create Boisterous Labs because we knew we had something special to offer. In our previous roles, we were the go-to people for solving complex problems, but we often felt like square pegs in round holes. We decided it was time to channel our skills into something of our own, making quality services accessible and sharing our know-how within our communities and industries.
