I'm Philippa, the Bold HSP, and I am a Certified Coach, Timeline and NLP Practitioner. I work with sensitive and empathic women who are pissed off and want their life to be different. My clients usually find themselves at a transition point in their life such as divorce, children leaving home, career change and menopause or have experienced something that makes them re-evaluate. For me - it was losing the sight in one of my eyes and for my clients it can be an accident, injury or illness or perhaps simply the realisation that things need to change. I had a successful legal career but after 27 years, and a breakdown from burnout, I realised that I had achieved a lot in my life but I was angry and unfulfilled. I had a big wake up call in 2017 and I now use my experience to help other women achieve their own transformation. As a result of that breakdown I learned I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and most of clients tend to, but not exclusively, identify as sensitive. As the child of an alcoholic, I grew up with a lot of chaos and trauma in my life that led to low self-esteem and a constant feeling of not being enough. I am acutely aware of the effect trauma can have on us and I always take this into consideration when I work with clients.
