Bold Mark has built a winning business model that consists of a Sectional title Portfolio specialist (UCT Certificate through Paddocks), a Portfolio Assistant and a Financial Controller (CIMA). We have put in place a unique online system that is updated in real time by each team. This system allows owners and Trustees / Directors to view a vast mine of information regarding their complex / estate. Owners can view levy statements, conduct rules, meeting notices & minutes and so much more. Trustees and Directors can also view pertinent financial information and bank account balances, and these accounts are opened separately as trust accounts for each complex/ estate and are insured through the Fidelity Fund and this is audited quarterly to insure the client’s peace of mind.
