Bold Street Coffee

Bold Street Coffee is a proudly independent coffee shop brand, born in Liverpool in 2010. What started as a single coffee shop with a simple goal, to serve great coffee in a welcoming space, has grown into a Northern insitution, now with five locations across Liverpool and Manchester. We serve specialty coffee, fresh food and bakes, and do it all with great hospitality, consistency and care. From day one, our focus has been on doing things properly, sourcing responsibly, training our teams to a high standard, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed. At BSC, we believe a coffee shop should be more than just a place to grab a drink. It’s part of people’s daily ritual. It’s where you’re names remembered, where you can have a moment to yourself, where your day begins. Under the GSG Hospitality stewardship, we've grown steadily, adding locations at The Plaza (Liverpool), Cross Street, University Green, and Spinningfields (Manchester), each one built on the same foundation of quality, community and northern hospitality. Today, Bold Street Coffee remains true to its original mission: Coffee, food and community. All day, every day. Filter coffee, not people.
