BoldPeak, Inc. is a woman-owned, small business specializing in software implementation and training, CRM, IT project management, strategic planning, and business process improvement. Owned and operated by Jackie Teravainen, BoldPeak has worked with a diverse collection of commercial and government clients since 2004. Jackie brings to her consulting practice a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and knowledge and application of process improvement methodologies. These competencies, combined with her exposure to a diverse array of organizations, have allowed her to develop highly effective and tailored approaches to meet her clients’ specific needs. Jackie assists her clients in making sound technical decisions as well as fully utilizing their existing IT systems functionality, allowing them to minimize tool redundancy and maximize the use of tools that will satisfy a larger percent of their business needs, therefore reducing cost. She has an ability to learn new tools and technologies and quickly translate that knowledge into organizational training and process automation and improvement. Jackie creates performance and sales metrics to allow organizations to see how the system or process enhancements are adding value to a company's bottom line. Prior to starting BoldPeak, Jackie owned and operated Logical Consulting Group (LCG) for 10 years.
