Bolton Community Practice Community Interest Company is a Social Enterprise Organisation. This means that staff and patients are actively involved in the development of the practice and its services. We offer a high quality and flexible service that aims to meet your needs. We will care for patients from all over the Borough of Bolton. We do not have a practice boundary, so if you live in Bolton you can register with us. We have 4 sites and patients who are registered with the practice are welcome to attend any site and may attend different sites at different times. If you are already a patient, you can still visit your original practice and see your preferred doctor or nurse if this suits you. We are a Dementia Friendly Organisation.
