His dream to become a Professional Chef didn't materialise and he went on to complete his Masters in Marketing post which he managed Sales & Marketing for the Country's Most Prolific Real Estate Company - LODHA From Admiring Thomas Zach's Crazy Sunday Brunch Menu at The Bombay Canteen to knowing about Sequel 2.0 at Bandra being designed by Ashiesh Shah, he keeps a tab on the everything from Past to Future, from El Diablo to Naagin Sauces and the differences between a Biryani and Pulao :P He likes talking to Restaurant Owners to understand how they've transitioned to a Restaurateur from they're otherwise usual lives. Also loves meeting Chefs and understanding the depth of flavours of ingredients and secret nuskas/tips from them.
