America's massive food waste problem is impossibly complex, and we knew that one startup in Brooklyn couldn't solve the entire issue. So, we decided to hone-in on one very specific area that we absolutely can address, and that's farm-side food waste stemming from inadequate inventory management and communication systems. We've built Bon Harvest to be an intentionally simple, real-time inventory management platform that enables farmers to better track, price, and directly communicate produce availability to chefs.from the tractor, barn, or field, directly to chefs in the kitchen.
