Our team of dispatchers are here to work directly for you. By outsourcing your company’s dispatching needs the stress from finding a load and completing the necessary paperwork to haul freight becomes eliminated. If Owner-Operators want to run efficiently and effectively they should never be wasting precious time searching various load boards, negotiating with brokers, or having to fill out paperwork daily. Our dispatchers are trained professionals and thoroughly understand the freight market. Our goal is to keep you and your equipment moving at profitable rates utilizing our dispatching strategies. We are here to help small fleets, large fleets, and Owner Operators save time so they can focus on company operations. With our truck Dispatching Services, we book general freight loads for you several days in advance, minimize deadhead miles, and help you gross what you need to earn each week to be profitable. We’ll find your freight through brokers and/or direct shippers that we’ve developed relationships with over the years. Bonafide Dispatch will locate and secure loads (with your approval) according to your personal profile. We handle all the necessary searching, negotiations, and paperwork for you. This allows you to focus on growing your business while being on the road making money. Your dispatcher will present you with the best load options, discuss rates, weight, type of commodity being hauled, single or multiple pick/drop, and other pertinent information. Our Truck Dispatchers always use professional judgement, and are trained to find you the best paying freight. We also negotiate detention rates and truck orders not used at no additional fee. We never assign more than 5 trucks per Truck Dispatcher. Our goal is to ensure that each client is serviced appropriately, and we’ve determined that our dispatchers are most effectively and efficiently utilized dispatching 5 or less trucks. There is no contract to sign to use our services. We do have a seven-day agreement to help us collect payments for our dispatched loads.
