BONAK Coil Processing Lines S.L, is an engineering company located in the north of Spain in an area of great industrial development, such as the Basque Country, near San Sebastian, where Bonak has its own means of production for the manufacture and assembly of all the machinery supported by the technical engineering department with a know-how of more than 40 years of experience in the design, construction and installation of equipment for the processing of steel coils. We are operating in more than 27 countries, with more than 300 Lines currently in operation. BONAK is the company with the widest range of products in Spain, as its philosophy, since its inception in 1978, has been to be an essential stakeholder in the industrial development of Spain in the 1980s. That is why we have become professionals in cutting, levelling, profiling and packaging. Our company internally develops all the engineering for the mechanical, electrical as well as electronic design of all the lines within our product range. Our industrial activity is further supplemented by the construction of all the machinery designed by our engineers in our facilities. Our technical experts, specialised in hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics, carry out the assembly, installation and commissioning of our lines. As an important part of the commissioning, they also conduct full operator training at the customer’s premises to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the production line. Permanent technical support for our customers is provided by a permanent Technical Assistance Service.
