We are the developers of a disruptive mobile phone identification platform based on a short-range identification system covered by a US & EU patent applications. Our technology allows users to “bond” to each other using a simple mobile app, no matter whether they use Android, iPhone or another phone, sharing rich contact details including phone numbers, email addresses, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Skype Bondaii automatically updates the contact information on everyone’s phone in real time. As long as users wish to remain “bonded,” they will always be able to stay in touch, even if they change a mobile number or email address, or even lose their phone. Moreover, our “bonding” technology provides a cheaper, more flexible and secure replacement for cashless payment cards, smart cards, ID cards, Oyster and building entry cards. This will generate direct revenue from businesses such as banks and transport networks. • Next round of financing is launched While we are progressing with the Beta launch in January we are also intensifying our efforts on the next round of financing.
