Billed as an ambitious, strategic and most extensive project in Tanzania's recent history, Bondeni City, located 15km South West of Arusha’s Central Business District (CBD), is anticipated to raise the profile of Tanzania’s safari capital. Bondenicity is made up of residential clusters ranging from high, medium and low density with plot sizes varying from 300 to sqm each. There is a commercial zone along the main highway and in close vicinity to the proposed new bus stand. This commercial zone has been planned to cater for office buildings, showrooms, guest houses, a shopping mall as well as petrol stations. Apart from the sale of serviced plots, BSL intends to develop/add value through the following sub-projects through its subsidiary companies-A world-class hospital & doctors' plaza-Affordable housing units made up of bungalows, villas and apartments for sale through bank-provided mortgage finance-An Industrial Park registered as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) set on around 75 acres of land-Construction of a multi-storey commercial building to house a hotel, banks and offices-Development of a shopping mall-Establishment of a construction company for roads and building works-Establishment of a hardware business for the supply of building materials and fittings to Bondeni City customers.
